Well, that was fun
Oh, such fun.
We had a Defrost-the-Fridge party (removing a glacier to rival those I hope to see in Norway in ten weeks’ time). It’s amazing how, well, cooling the fridge now is.
We had a Chuck-Out-Of-Date-Stuff-Out-Of-The-Freezer party (earliest dated item: 1995).
Most importantly, though, we had a Half-Birthday party as dad was exactly 80½ today.

Yes, of course there was cake. We ate half of it (although I suspect the remainder had gone by the time I got halfway back to Norfolk). This, by the way, was the closest I could get to “acting natural” for the camera. Oh well.
