Almost forgot
One last puzzle pic for you.
If that’s my shadow1 and that’s my Kodak out in front of me1 … how did I take this photo then?
It’s a humdinger of a puzzler, isn’t it?

Em3: Yes, I took it. and was alone at the time.

Added on March 23rd, 2006 at 7:11 pmWould have been more convincing if you’d set the timer on the second camera and held your hands out in front of you.
Em3: Shhhhhh - you’re giving the game away! But you’re quite right, it would.

Em3: There was a BIG CLUE in The Bishop’s comment, Croila.

Added on March 24th, 2006 at 10:03 amI reckon you lined up a passing lamp-post to represent the front of the camera. Or used an Ellisons see-backroscope which only senior togs will remember!
Em3: Well, I’d never heard of an Ellisons see-backroscope before (I understand it’s some sort of mirrored spectacles that effectively provide you with pedestrian wing mirrors). I don’t really see how this would help in the photo, though. As you well know, Mr Mulbo, there are no lamp-posts on the beach at Wells-next-the-Sea. My money’s on The Bishop’s suggestion that there was a second camera, perhaps held carefully so that it did not appear in the silhouette.

Em3: No, that must be my spectacles. It’s definitely not a camera - that’s not where I was holding it.
