Yes, I know His Eminence advanced the excellent grill idea yesterday but I’ve found out my grill’s too small to cool more than one batch of scones at once! I’ve baked two more tonight - one to take into work, I hasten to add - and it was a little awkward.

  3. I use parchment paper to cover the baking pan. No sticking and no burning of the cookies, scones, etc. Now, I’m off to see what woman has set up. Bon appetite!


  4. Hi! Found you via Croila and your dog = stupid post. I use a silpat for my baked goods. It’s one of those hoity toity French things, but my goodies turn out lovely. You can find them on Amazon.com in the kitchen section. Best of scone baking to you!!!!
