Packages!

My parcels from PhotoBox are here! Woo hoo!!

With hindsight, I think Plink was too low a resolution for the mousemat (although it still looks pretty good to me) but the calendars are absolutely fantastic (even if I say so myself). Not cheap, I know, but fabulous and quick delivery.

[an hour or so later] Well, that’s all my visitors done with - I can leave the house! Maplins got a little carried away with their packaging, I must say - putting a few boxes of CD cases in a carton about 12″ by 12″ by 18″ is a little on the over-cautious side … especially as they were advertised as being unbreakable!

    I don’t think I’d seen Plink before but I’m betting it makes an excellent mousepad image. It’s been a long time since I used one (I’ve a Wacom tablet) but I remember having a really sweet one with a picture of dogs on it. No surprise there then :-)

    I just ordered a calendar filled with photos of my kids for my mom. Got mine from Kodak.com. The shipping killed me, one 12 page calendar plus shipping $35 - ouch!
